SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messaging communications provided by Rio X Marketing, Inc. (“Rio X Marketing,” “Rio X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Rio X Marketing, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
Rio X Marketing uses text messaging primarily for two-way customer communication.
Messages may include:
Responses to questions or inquiries
Continuation of conversations initiated through a Rio X Marketing website
Information requested by the recipient
Consultation or appointment coordination
Customer service and support
Follow-up related to an existing conversation or request
Other service-related communications requested or authorized by the recipient
Some messages or responses may be generated or assisted by automated systems or artificial intelligence.
Rio X Marketing does not use this SMS program for unsolicited bulk messaging.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Rio X Marketing through approved methods, including:
Providing your mobile phone number through a Rio X Marketing website and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages; or
Initiating an SMS opt-in process by texting an approved opt-in keyword, such as START, to a Rio X Marketing SMS-enabled phone number when that option is presented to you.
Website consent checkboxes are not pre-selected.
By opting in, you authorize Rio X Marketing to send SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of messages you receive depends on your conversations, requests, and interactions with Rio X Marketing.
Because this program is primarily conversational and customer-service based, some interactions may involve multiple messages during an active conversation.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile service plan.
Rio X Marketing is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
After receiving a valid STOP request, Rio X Marketing will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number, except for a confirmation message or communications otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may need to opt in again if you later want to resume SMS communications.

Supported Delivery
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rio X Marketing cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a specific time.
Mobile Number Changes
If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish your mobile phone number, you are responsible for updating Rio X Marketing when appropriate.
You should not permit another person to receive messages intended for you through a phone number you no longer control.

Rio X Marketing may restrict messaging access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our messaging services, technology, legal obligations, or telecommunications requirements.
When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
